Jose Juan Moñino ac6855abd7 fix: Inter font not loading in light mode 
--font-sans and --font-mono were only defined in :root[data-theme=dark],
not in the light theme block. Moved both to a bare :root block so they
apply to both themes.

Bump to v0.1.3
