    Mindful procrastination blocker — adds a 5-second pause before visiting distracting sites.

    Features

    • 5-second countdown overlay on distracting sites — friction, not force

    • Add custom sites to block

    Install

    1. Download the ZIP below
    2. Go to chrome://extensions
    3. Enable Developer mode (top right)
    4. Drag the ZIP file into the page
    5. Done!
